Our Story
Supreme Audit PAC (formerly known as: PS Phuan & Co) was established in 1994 by Brian Phuan to provide a range of professional auditing and other financial services under one roof. In 1996, Carol Wong joined the firm as Senior Partner. Driven by their passion to deliver the highest standards of professional and personalised services, Brian and Carol have built up a stable clientele of small and medium-sized clients and individuals, some of whom have been with the firm since 1994.
The Company’s modest success is attributed to Brian’s and Carol’s focus on delivering highly personalised and attentive services that consistently exceed the expectations of their clients. All clients have direct access to them and any issue, big or small, are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. In addition to service excellence, the firm has also earned itself a reputation for trust and integrity.

Phuan Phui Seck, Brian (Mr.)
Managing Partner
Brian is a practising public accountants registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore, the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
In addition, Brian is an Accredited Tax Advisor (Singapore) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Wong Yuet Leng, Carol (Ms.)
Senior Partner
Carol is a practising public accountants registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore, the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Lou Che Wei, Kenny (Mr.)
Audit and Tax Director
A Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and an honours graduate of Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Kenny has over 7 years’ experience with KPMG and Nexia Singapore PAC, covering both listed companies and SMEs and is currently pursuing the CVA qualification to broaden our valuation and advisory services.
Phuan Qi Wen, Clarissa (Ms.)
Audit and Tax Director
A Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and an honours graduate of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Clarissa brings extensive experience in audit, assurance, and advisory services. She began her career with PwC, where she gained exposure to a broad range of clients and industries before joining Supreme. She also had the chance to work on IPO audits back in her time at PwC. Clarissa has successfully implemented firmwide technologies that enhanced processes and delivered measurable efficiencies and quality enhancements. She is dedicated to building strong client relationships while driving technology-enabled solutions that add value to businesses.
